Montreal Double Double
August 4 - August 6$125 - $450
Thank you for your interest in the Montreal Double Double.
The weekend will consist of a double century from Schuylerville, NY to Montreal on Friday, a leisurely rest day in Montreal on Saturday, then another double century back to Schuylerville on Sunday.
New for this year, we are also offering each riding day as a separate ride option.
Your entry fee includes at least the following: two rest stops on each riding day with snacks and drinks, limited emergency sag support, gear shuttle, an informal pasta dinner on Thursday and a pizza party on Sunday, when we return. If you sign up for the full Double Double, overnight accommodations for both nights in Montreal and a buffet breakfast on Saturday are also included.
We provide roadside support as necessary, but we can’t be everywhere at once and there will be several long stretches without services. Riders are expected to be properly prepared and self sufficient on the road and in between rest stops. For a list of items to bring, see our MONTREAL DOUBLE DOUBLE specific CHECKLIST.
THIS EVENT IS HELD RAIN OR SHINE AND ENTRY FEES
ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LODGING AND RETURN TRANSPORTATION
IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE ONE WAY RIDE ENTRY FEES.
ONLINE REGISTRATION is open, or you may use the ENTRY FORM and mail in your registration. Either way, don’t delay! This event is limited to 16 riders and the entry deadline is July 15th, 2017. Day of event registration will not be available and entry fees increase March 1st.
This ride is part of the ADIRONDACK ULTRA CUP and below are our general guidelines:
- Drafting is allowed.
- Aero bars and disc wheels are allowed.
- All types of bikes are allowed.
- All traffic laws must be obeyed.
- Personal support crews are optional and may assist their rider at designated checkpoints, but must make their own overnight arraignments in Montreal, or register with us as a non-rider, if there space is available.
- All riders finishing together will be credited with the same time and placing – sprint finishes are not allowed.
Whether you plan to go all out or just ride, this is a fun ride and everyone always has a great time! If you’ve never been to Montreal, this is your chance to go. If you have been there, then you know what a great city it is. Either way, with a full rest day, you’ll have plenty of time to explore some of its wonders.
